Meg Kane - Profile

Margaret (Meg) O'Sullivan Kane

Meg's practice with the Kane Education Law, LLC has been representing individuals and families in claims involving disabilities, race, gender and discipline in private and public K-12, juvenile justice and higher education since 1992. Her litigation experience has included successfully litigating cases and representing clients at the United States District Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Presently, Ms Kane is working on high impact litigation through the development of class action law suits to address systemic concerns in education and juvenile law.

Meg has served as a mentor for law students at the University of St. Thomas School of Law mentor program and has been an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law teaching Education Law (K-12): Contemporary Issues in Public Education.
