Jane Doe, et al. v. Aberdeen School District, (D. S.D. 18-cv-1025).  Litigation representing five minor children with disabilities who were the subject of physical and verbal abuse within the public school.  The case included challenging the impermissible use of physical restraint and involuntary confinement of the third and fourth graders.
